In order to motivate the students to be future action leaders, ASBM executed a novel approach to honour the achievers of BBA and ASBM Junior College in a ceremonial way by organizing “ASBM – Scintilla 2010”.
To grace the occasion we had the Dean of BPUT Prof. (Dr.) S. K. Mohapatra as the Chief Guest, Prof. (Dr. )P. K. Mohanty former Principal, Ravenshaw College as the Chief Speaker, Prof.(Dr.) Biswajeet Pattanayak, Chairman and Founder Director, ASBM, Prof.(Dr.) Hemant Kumar Panda, Principal, ASBM Institute of BBA, & Prof.Biswajeet Brahma, Principal, ASBM Junior College.
The event started by the welcoming and introducing of the guests. The Chief Guest motivated the students by his deliberation. He asked them to be unique in their approach and to be voracious readers to gather more knowledge. The Chief Speaker Prof. (Dr.) P. K. Mohanty talked of the meaning and importance of communications especially the Corporate Communications. The Chairman and Founder Director of ASBM Prof. (Dr.) Biswajeet Pattanayak spoke of the recent achievement by ASBM. He said that ASBM has been the only institute in India to be selected by the Govt of France to be awarded for its qualitative improvements. Last but not the least; the Principal of ASBM Institute BBA highlighted the achievement of the BBA students in different state and national level competitions, while expressing optimism for more achievements in future. The winners in different competitions conducted by BBA & +2 Colleges were honoured with trophies and certificates.
